As we bid farewell to another incredible year, we held incredible holiday parties at each of our locations to appreciate all the wonderful employees at QMC-EMI. We had a delectable array of delicious food, thanks to the catering!

Quality Metalcraft & Experi-Metal Inc. had the pleasure of attending the 19th Automotive Breakfast, which was held by Inforum, this past Friday (September 15, 2023).
Several leading members of the auto industry participated in the panel discussion, where they discussed how Michigan OEMs and suppliers are establishing the foundation for high-quality, environmentally sustainable mobility solutions.
It was extremely informative and enlightening! We are thrilled to contribute to the transformation of the automobile sector.

Safety is our top priority! Recently, all of our facilities achieved over 6 months with no safety recordables. We have strong safety practices in place and we have been building on them as every employee takes responsibility for not only their own safety, but their teammates safety, as well. Each facility has experienced a cultural transition that enables every employee to be involved in behavioral and physical safety practices. As an organization we are building a culture where we are focused on risk reduction with input from all employees. Team members look for safety opportunities and speak up when they see something we should improve, making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Hot stamping, also known as press hardened steel (PHS), is a process where a sheet of metal is heated in a furnace, transferred by a robot into a press, and formed in a steel or kirksite die. Our fully automated low volume, hot stamping cell provides reliability and repeatability in the manufacturing process of your parts. Our onsite metallurgy lab allows us to test our hot stamped parts post-production in order to validate the material properties and ensure that we meet your expectations for high quality products.
