This Wednesday is Community Health Day!
⏱️4:30–7:30 PM
📍Miles Band Shell Park | Livingston
🌽 The market is full of the best of the season! Stock up on fresh local produce, farm-raised meats, baked goods, handmade goods and more, then grab dinner and a craft beer or lemonade and enjoy the evening. A big thank you to this week’s Sprout Sponsors: Park City-County Health Department, Livingston Ace Hardware, and Livingston Dental Care!
🪴 Soil Workshop at the Market! Bring a soil sample from your garden and stop by for a quick lead screening using an X-Ray Fluorescence device. In partnership with Montana DPHHS, experts will be on hand to discuss your results and offer guidance if elevated lead levels are found.
🚔 Try the Drunk Goggles! Stop by for a hands-on activity with local law enforcement and see firsthand how impaired vision can affect coordination and everyday tasks.
🍎 Fruit Drop-Off is Back! Have extra fruit from your trees? Bring it to the Zero Waste Station at the market every Wednesday, now–Sept. 16! Park County Environmental Council and Bear Awareness Gardiner will put surplus fruit to good use while helping reduce bear conflicts and keep bears wild.
🎨 Art at the Market: Studio49 in Livingston will be joining us with fun art projects for market-goers to enjoy. Stop by, get creative, and add a little art to your Wednesday evening! You can find their booth next to the Bandshell.
🎶 Music This Week: The Boomerangs! Get ready for a fun mix of familiar Americana and crowd favorites—the kind of music you know, love, and can’t help but sing along to! Huge thanks to Fairfield by Marriott Livingston Yellowstone and Home2 Suites by Hilton for being our exclusive music sponsors again this season. 🎵
🎹 Special Intermission Performance: 10-year-old local musician Juniper Jones is back this week! Stick around as she takes the stage on piano, harmonica, and vocals. We’re excited to welcome this talented young musician back to share her music with our market community! 🎶
We continue to offer two food access programs: the Senior Farmers Market Nutritional Program (SFMNP) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) with double SNAP benefits. Only 8 SFMNP spots remain for this season! Please visit the Mission Park Tent (directly across from the Headquarters booth) for more info on the available food programs. 🧑🌾
A huge thank you to our Presenting Sponsors: Edward Jones – July Hardesty and Bloom Montana and our Market & Community Partners: Expedition Church, Park County Environmental Council, and Happy Trash Can Curbside Composting!
See you at the market! 🫶
