More often than not, our customers complete their projects and are so happy to get back to work, they forget to reach out and let us know how things went. We've learned over the years in our industry that, "No news is (generally) good news."

With that said, It is very exciting to hear back every now and then from those who are eager to tell us how their build turned out.
