Please join us in welcoming Paul Molina to AEI. Paul is AEI’s Technician, providing support for all of AEI’s laboratory facilities and managing the proper collection, tracking, and storage of evidence for AEI’s clients. He also assists with labs being held at the AEI facility and keeps all lab and field equipment properly maintained and calibrated.

Paul earned his B.S. from the University of Houston in Mechanical Engineering. His professional experience includes Halliburton Energy Services as a Research and Development Wireline Engineer, Pico Technologies as a Senior Design Engineer, and Cypress Creek High School and the Energy Institute High School in Texas as an Engineering and Science Teacher.

AEI is pleased to welcome Mary Hoffmann, Staff Engineer, to our team. Mary plays a key role in supporting our experts by conducting in-depth project research and building AEI’s technical library, ensuring AEI experts are prepared across all areas of their work.

Mary brings a strong background in engineering research and scientific analysis. She has previously worked as an Engineering Intern and Research Assistant, where she contributed to fire and safety investigations, lithium-ion battery failure analysis, and demonstrative testing for litigation support, as well teaching Secondary Science at Jeffco Public Schools. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
