Redland is pleased to announce the recent Mountain View West approval for Annexation and Planned Development by the City of Brighton City Council on April 21, 2026. Redland provided Civil Engineering and Land Planning services to assist with site design, entitlements, and conceptual site planning.

Mountain View West recently received Annexation and Planned Development Zoning approval and is ready to move into the next phase of design. The upcoming residential community in Brighton, Colorado, is situated immediately south of Baseline Road, straddling S. 27th Avenue.

Redland is thankful to play a part in the recent Site Development Plan approval for Bella Mesa South, which will bring 93 new townhomes to the Town of Castle Rock. Redland provided Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Construction Management, and Landscape Architectural services to assist Cardel Homes with design and entitlements.

Take a look at Redland's latest park project, the Prairie Center Village V Park expansion! We were thankful to be a part of a project that incorporated all of our services, prioritized waterwise design, and incorporated new amenities for the community!

A new neighborhood park expansion has been completed in Prairie Center Village V. Prairie Center is a contemporary master planned community in Brighton, Colorado. Conveniently located between the Village's apartments and homes, the park is a natural gathering space for residents of all ages.
