Meet our Project Progress Controller, Matthew Eustace, helping keep large-scale projects on track and moving forward.

What does “employee-owned” actually mean?

You’ve probably seen Lexicon say we're employee-owned, but if you're new to the workforce, you might be wondering what that actually means.

Steel Day 2026 was one for the books.

last month, we welcomed nearly 400 students from across Central Arkansas to Lexicon headquarters for a hands-on look at the world of steel fabrication and welding.

In partnership with the American Welding Society and the American Institute of Steel Construction, students toured our facility, explored the Prospect Steel shop, watched industry demonstrations, and tried virtual welding.

More than anything, the day was about showing students what’s possible when you choose to build with your hands, learn a skilled trade, and turn those skills into a career.

We’re proud to open our doors and help introduce the next generation to the people, skills, and opportunities that are Building America.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make Steel Day 2026 a success!

Good golf, great company, and a great cause. ⛳

In September, the Lexicon team joined the AWS Central Arkansas Section for the 5th Annual Thomas B. Schueck / nexAir Memorial Golf Tournament.

The four-person scramble brought together the welding and manufacturing community to honor the legacies of Thomas B. Schueck and Stephen E. Harrison and to support scholarship opportunities for Arkansas students pursuing careers in welding.

Our interns recently got an inside look at some of Lexicon’s semiconductor projects in Arizona, seeing firsthand what it takes to build the infrastructure behind the technology we rely on every day.

From massive structural steel to the coordination and craftsmanship happening behind the scenes, these projects gave our interns a look at the scale, skill, and teamwork that go into Building America.

It’s one thing to learn about construction. It’s another to see it up close.
