We had a great time today at the State of the State Luncheon in Monroe with Governor Jeff Landry. It was a great opportunity to listen and learn about the direction of our state and the opportunities ahead for Louisiana and our community.

Thanks to Monroe Chamber of Commerce for a great event.

Our Arkansas Territory Managers Josh and Jake attended AGC Ballot Breakdown Luncheon, where Gabe Holstrom and Cliff McKinney broke down Issue 3 for attendees.

The proposed constitutional amendment would allow local communities to create Economic Development Districts to fund projects such as infrastructure and revitalization using new revenue generated by economic growth.

The presentation covered how EDDs work, where funding comes from, and the local oversight and public input required.

We appreciate AGC Arkansas for helping businesses and communities better understand Issue 3 and what it could mean for economic development across the state.
