Sometimes, the big manufacturers just don't offer what you need. Enter 3D Metal Inc.!! Our customer needed some 16" exhaust hoods that could not be found. At 3D Metal Inc., we really don't have any size constraints. We were able to quickly fabricate these hoods, with bird screen, and a BDD in one of them. We easily got our customer out of a jam quickly, and at a very cost efficient price.

Recently, we had a customer in Georgia contact us to have some PHP transitions fabricated. These were designed to have an equal height and equal centerline at the transition point to round, to make the whole install be aesthetically pleasing. While I'm 99% sure I designed them to achieve that 🤣 our customer has kindly agreed to send photos of the final installed product, which I will update here when received.

When dealing with 3D Metal Inc., it really is that easy. Provide us with a spec sheet (or measurements that you have taken yourself) and just let us know what you want the outcome to be. We will take care of the calculations to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Our customer wanted to split the S/A straight out of the AHU, just dumping the conditioned air in a warehouse space. We think these are about the best option for that configuration. Once they are installed, ells will be placed on the round to direct the air towards work stations.

If you ever need a specialty item, just let us know. We can make anything, even if it's not a named fitting. If your brain can dream it, we can make it come to life!!
