What an amazing day!
Dr. Heather and her husband James had a private tour of ReSound in Shakopee—thank you, Dustin Brickman!
We got to see the first robot in the hearing-aid industry that restores patient settings in repaired devices, the huge custom modeling department, and the massive warehouse shipping out around 4,000 orders a day.
So cool to see the technology and teamwork behind the hearing aids we trust for our patients!

👉 On the right: a hearing aid that’s working perfectly—its directional microphones are wired and tuned correctly.
👉 On the left: a failed test, showing that the microphones weren’t functioning properly. That aid had to be sent in for repair.
