ESTATE SALE FILLED WITH VINTAGE DECOR, HOME FURNISHINGS AND FURNITURE at 4536 KERRICK HOLLOW, HORNBY (TAKE 414 TURN ACROSS FROM ENTRANCE TO FERENBAUGH CAMPGROUND)
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
If you heard about this sale from people that had appointments, this is your last chance to shop this fantastic sale. We un-scrunched and we added a few new items making everything easier to see. Shop the house, shed and 2 garage bays filled with wonderful things. It’s packed and keep in mind Saturday is discount day!
You will find collections of Fenton, angels, all things hummingbirds, jewelry, Corelle, Corning Ware, vintage glassware, linens, sewing, lamps, furniture, Christmas & other holiday decorations, toys, games, candles, décor, prints / paintings, and the list goes on and on!
• PARKING; across the road from the house, next to the garage and also in the wide circular driveway around the house. However, we need to leave room for people to drive up to pick up their purchases. I will have a parking attendant, please heed his direction, safety is paramount to me.
• No numbers, just line up and come in at 9:00, though I may have to limit the number of folks in the house at one time. You can shop shed and both garage bays openly!
• You will enter through the front door of the house.
• Remember if it’s in these pictures, it’s in the sale when we open.
• We will have hold/tally and register on front lawn (wish for nice weather)
• If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag, keep it or give it to a worker along with your name and it will be on your tally sheet, we can try to get the item to the hold table for you.
• You can give your purchases to a worker to take to the hold/tally table for you.
• PAYMENT; CASH OR CHECK. I can’t take credit cards or Venmo, there is no cell service!!
• Please be kind & courteous to each other
• Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, it’s a busy road!
• Please be responsible and respectful of the property
