InNova Consulting, Inc. had the opportunity to connect with students in Mather High School’s pre-engineering program, where sophomores and seniors put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test.

From building the tallest and strongest tower to tackling a traffic engineering challenge, the energy, teamwork, and innovation were inspiring.

Led by our Director of Operations, Lauren Hunt, MPH, RSP, this visit supported a statewide effort to inspire the next generation of engineers. At InNova, we believe in investing in future talent.
