We upgraded our laser with a 30kw source and a Precitec head.

3/4" carbon steel at 170 inches per minute, 3/8" at roughly 600 inches per minute. This should make quick work of the 80 tons of 3/4" and 200 tons of 3/8" that we're currently in the middle of cutting.

These speeds and volumes are still wild to me after coming from a JD Squared 5x10 plasma table just 3 years ago. Onward and upward!

Jack, Wes, & Joey tag teaming this 11ft wide x 18.5ft long waste bin. The bottom is 3/4" plate with formed 3/8" plate for the walls. Rumor is the next one will be 24ft long with 10ft tall walls. Bring on the big fab work!

55 tons worth of 3/8" plate cut and form, 62 tons of 3/4" cut and weld, plus more parts for our other customers. Just finding material has proven to be challenging in this market.

Big ole 8ft x 8ft weld table with a 5/8" thick top shipping out. We changed the slats to 8" deep on this one to make it stiffer. The customer will be welding dump trailer tailgates on it. We can cut up to an 8ft x 20ft top from a single piece!
