Another custom compressed air solution completed by Tacc Air! This 60 CFM Tsunami Ultra-15 Regenerative Air Dryer System was installed in a spray foam trailer and is built with future expansion in mind. Thanks to the digital electronic controller, additional drying towers can be added as the customer's air demand grows.

Because this system is paired with a gas-driven rotary screw compressor and will be operating in hot outdoor conditions, we also installed an aftercooler ahead of the dryer. This lowers the compressed air temperature to within approximately 20°F of ambient temperature before it enters the regenerative dryer, helping ensure maximum performance and reliable dry air.

Another Pure-10 Tsunami Regenerative Air Dryer installation completed! 💨

With the heat and humidity this time of year, we've been incredibly busy helping customers eliminate moisture problems in their compressed air systems. Moisture in compressed air can cause issues with tools, equipment, and especially paint quality, so having the right dryer is more important than ever.

This installation was a little different. These dryers typically mount to a wall, but at over 80 lbs, there wasn't a suitable location that could safely support it. Rather than compromise, we fabricated a custom steel mounting stand specifically for this customer, giving them a secure, professional installation that fit their shop perfectly.

The customer replaced a failed refrigerated air dryer with a Pure-10 Tsunami regenerative dryer, providing a much lower pressure dew point and much drier air—exactly what they needed for their auto body and painting application.
