Fun Fact Friday:

After World War II, Europe was in need of a standard pallet in railway transport to help with their efficiency in transportation. The European Pallet (also known as a Euro-pallet) was invented in the 1960's in Sweden to help solve the problem. Once the standard Euro-pallet was created, railway cars were able to be loaded 90% faster! 😲 The standard Euro-pallet (800mm x 1,200mm or 31.5 in. x 47.24 in.) is still one of the most commonly used pallets in the world today with an estimated 350-500 million in circulation worldwide.
