National Planning Month Spotlight - Meadow View Estates

This week, we're highlighting Meadow View Estates, a growing residential neighborhood on the edge of Lincoln. Designed with future residents in mind, Meadow View Estates offers spacious lots and scenic views while creating opportunities for families to build their homes in a developing area of the city.

REGA provided neighborhood layout design, utility and drainage design, and construction observation services to help bring the development to life. As Lincoln continues to grow, projects like Meadow View Estates help thoughtfully expand housing opportunities while creating new places for families to call home.

National Planning Month Spotlight - Louis Carl Estates

This week, we're highlighting Louis Carl Estates, a newer residential development in the Village of Hallam, Nebraska. Located in southern Lancaster County, Louis Carl Estates represents an important step in Hallam's continued growth. The first two phases of the development are planned for a total of 54 homes, creating new housing opportunities while supporting the expansion of the community.

As additional phases move forward, the neighborhood will continue growing eastward, helping accommodate future residents and contributing to Hallam's long-term development.

What happens when you give a group of engineers golf clubs and let them loose inside Memorial Stadium?

Our team had an amazing time participating in Upper Deck Golf and taking in a one-of-a-kind experience at the home of the . The day was filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and an opportunity to spend time together outside the office.
We also celebrated National Boss's Day by surprising Nate with a number dispenser for those waiting their turn to visit his office. We figured it might help keep the line organized.

Most importantly, it was a great reminder that strong teams aren't built only through projects and deadlines. Sometimes they're built through shared experiences, good conversations, and a little friendly competition.

One thing is certain: while we may be good engineers, this outing proved we could definitely use some work on our golf game.
