Making a difference, one snack pack at a time 👏

Our ETI team joined the “Good on the Go” event with United Way of the Midlands in Omaha, assembling 1,000 snack pack kits to support those in need. We’re proud to be part of a community that shows up and gives back!

We had an amazing time celebrating the groundbreaking ceremony for Cunningham Commons! It is being introduced as a vibrant, year-round destination focused on recreation, education, and community connection for people of all ages and abilities.

The project will include a four-season community hub featuring accessible restrooms, flexible classroom space, concessions, and a spacious covered area for gatherings. Outdoor amenities will highlight a nature-themed playground, a bike park with mountain biking trails, and three new fishing piers to enhance access to the lake.

This initiative is the result of a collaboration effort between Lake Cunningham, Omaha Parks & Rec, Mayor John W. Ewing, Jr., the City of Omaha, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers all working together to create more inclusive, free outdoor opportunities for the community. Thank you to all who made this project possible!

Big shout-out and thank you to Sinclair Hille Architects for providing AIA Nebraska members with a tour of the Clyde Malone Community Center yesterday afternoon. The entire building turned out fantastic, and we were thrilled to be your design partners in making it happen. This building will continue to have an incredible impact on the community of Lincoln!

Progress is moving along at the Union at Tower District in Topeka, Kansas! This new housing development will stretch over four acres of property within Shawnee County, and it will consist of 250 one, two, and three-bedroom units. There are two four-story buildings and one three-story building on the property.

Downtown Lincoln added another new, mixed-use, affordable housing project called MURAL Apartments! We were thrilled to partner with HDR on the design of these new apartments.

It is a five-story apartment building that includes a first-floor commercial area. MURAL Apartments contains 50 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom units throughout, and includes underground parking spaces that are accessible using a ramp off M Street.
