We’ve been super busy as of late and we want to thank all of our customers, new and repeat, for the continued business and for giving us the opportunity to build and modify anything they may have in mind.
We modified a wood fired water heater to convert over to oil burning for a repeat customer. We removed and added some inlet and outlet drains, re located the exhaust pipe, and cut out and reworked the old fire box to fix some issues, along with taking the bottom portion out to accommodate the switch to oil. The customer can now use it to burn waste oil to heat his large shop and will be using radiators with added fans that we modified to be able to disperse heat better and be more efficient. All in all a fun project and we are very thankful to do some more work for a longtime customer.
We had the opportunity to build a couple custom fire pits for Christmas gifts for a couple customers. We have several different designs we can build and we also offer these coated in high temp coatings or they can come bare metal. These were designed, fabricated and coated all in house for convenience. We can make these any size or shape and would love to be able to make you anything you have in mind for a great gift or for personal use.
We were trusted to build a couple custom tables/ workbenches for a customer who wanted more workspace and a convenient way to work on transmissions/ transfer cases and other heavier projects. These were designed and fabricated in house to be able to be easily re located throughout the shop and were built with a slope to collect fluid flowing away, and a drip rail with a drain tube to collect any oil or fluid and be easily drained into a bucket or catch can. These are built with heavy duty casters as well with brakes to remain in place while performing work on them. These simple tables make it very convenient to tear down and work on anything in mind without the worry of mess and a convenient way to collect any oil or fluid. We can design, fabricate, and deliver various tables for any of your work needs.
We worked alongside a repeat customer that wanted our help getting some hand rail ready for finish. We helped install stainless angle iron to posts for the customer to be able to add the final board top and stainless cables that are perpendicular to the posts to make a smooth clean handrail that will last a lifetime and hold up to anything. These always turn out nice and are thankful we were trusted with the opportunity to help get this project ready to be finished.
