Action Engineering is the world's most experienced manufacturer of replacement textile printing pallets. Since 1990 we have supplied the garment printing industry worldwide with the highest quality accessories for almost every textile printing machine on the market. Based in Greater Atlanta,Georgia, the company started as Action Screen Print in 1976 and by 1988 employed 4 precision hydraulic ovals

. These were the most advanced automatic printers of the day. Recognizing a need for an alternative parts supplier for precision screen machines, Action Engineering was born in 1990. Finding a further need for new pallets in 1992, we began focusing on developing material laminates that would exceed the production requirements of screen printing. We are intensely focused on manufacturing and development of our production accessories for textile screen printing. Summer Is Youth Printing Season

With a 3.75" x 18" sleeve printing area and a center-mounted bracket, there's no fighting to load smaller shirts over a traditional pallet arm. The design allows garments to slide on quickly and consistently, helping speed up production and improve print placement.

Each EZ Sleeve Pallet also includes a tensioner that can be positioned and tightened to add tension to the garment, creating an extremely rigid printing surface for cleaner, more consistent prints.

One of the challenges Screen Printers face is the process of replacing their rubber. Accidents happen -- business kicks up and suddenly one of the pallets are burned, leaving you no option but to stop that press and replace the rubber topping.

Once your aluminum pallet is cleaned and ready to go ~ you're ready to replace the rubber. There are two methods of doing this. The traditional method, and our Peel & Stick Rubber method. The same rubber is used in both methods with the ultimate goal of your aluminum pallet being evenly topped with a new sheet of rubber.
