Blank Slate:

Definition: Something with no existing restraints that can be freely developed.

Here at Rock Quality we utilize the best of the best when it comes to precision.

One of the vital tools that we utilize is a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) that we purchased through Masters Precision. They got us set up and ready to go last summer. We have really counted on and used this machine and it’s proven it’s work.

We can’t do it without having 5th Axis vise to guarantee our parts are held down.

The Renishaw Engineering is hands down the best that we’ve encountered.

Equipped with four 4th axis milling machines and a CMM.

POV has we get the day started.

Just the lights of the computer screens waiting for their programs.

The slight hum of the air compressor ready to keep the machines running.

Before the shop gets loud with the cutting of the metal from the jobs that we’re so blessed to have, it’s nice to reflect on what we’ve built. We push a lot of jobs through here, just Ryan and I. I’m proud of us.
