Today we honor Randy Carroll, the backbone of our repair shop and a true cornerstone of Eilers Machine & Welding. For three and a half decades, Randy has kept our operation running with unmatched skill, reliability, and pride in his craft.
His commitment to quality work and to our customers is part of what makes this place feel like family.
