Just got back from a 7 month deployment with the Army National Guard. First meal back home, steaks grilled in the fireplace! So blessed to be back home with my wife and boys. It will be a little while yet before I get the blacksmith shop back up and running. But I'm really looking forward to making stuff again!

One final project done for a while. A special commissioned axe. Did this based off of video of him forging an axe like this. I forged it out 4 separate pieces that I then forge welded together. I forged the cutting edge out of a piece of steel cable.
