Full Circle Moment at Aviator Brewing!
Last night was something special.
Exactly one year after presenting the power of Siemens Braumat/Sistar at a Brewlogix event, we were back at Aviator Brewing—this time showing off the real thing in action! Live. Running. Brewing.

From idea to implementation, THINK-PLC had the honor of fully automating Aviator’s brew process using Braumat, and last night we got to walk the crowd through the very system we dreamed up 12 months ago. Shout out to the THINK-PLC, LLC and Aviator teams for the great turnout and good vibes!

Oh—and yes, we’ve got our name on a can now. 😂
