With the integrated K-Desk app, operators can use their mobile devices to monitor items such as process codes, error codes, and machine status.

And when a consumable needs to be changed, your operator handles it in minutes with the K-Torch quick-connect system.

How do you know a consumable is finished?

Most shops guess. They change parts on a schedule, or they run to failure and eat the resulting downtime.

The iQ Series takes the guessing out of it. The iQ reads the condition of the consumables, reports it via the Q-desk, and tells you when to change the parts. Parts get replaced when the data says so, not when the calendar says so, and not when the operator thinks it may be time.

That kind of visibility is available only in the Kjellberg iQ system.

Unmanned production only works if the machine can handle its own interruptions.

A torch head change is one of them. The Q-Torch Auto Change System allows OEMs to swap heads automatically via pneumatic control. It runs on both Q and iQ Series systems and retrofits to equipment already on your floor.

Fewer stops per shift. Fewer setup errors in the finished part.

Shops are cutting thicker plates than they used to. Most of the industry hasn't caught up yet.

The iQ 4500 already delivers up to 450 amps of cutting current through mild steel up to 4 3/4 inches thick, with real-time system data on Q-Desk so you can check what's happening from any device.
