For XAG - formerly Xaircraft customers of HSE / Raptor, Pegasus Robotics Inc, and their dealers- We're introducing a and centralized support that's faster & easier than ever!
HOW TO: File a Ticket:
1️⃣ VISIT our Support Ticket page at support.pegasusrobotics.com/file-support-ticket
2️⃣ FILL in your personal information
🔹️Your Name (required)
🔹️Your Email (must be valid to receive updates)
🔹️Your Phone (required)
3️⃣ PROVIDE Ticket Details
🔹️Select your issue category (e.g. Crash, Billing, Feature Request, etc.)
🔹Briefly describe your issue or question
🔹️If applicable, identify if it’s a Crash, General inquiry, or other category
4️⃣ ENTER or Device Information (if applicable)
🔹️Choose the Product or Drone/Device type
🔹️Specify the Model, Serial Number, Account Name, and Name
5️⃣ ADD Extra Details / Attachments
🔹️Provide any further comments, context, or clarification in the “Extra Details” field
🔹️For incidents or claims, include , photos/videos (front, back, sides, top, bottom) and incident-scene images or video to support
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Ensure Device logs uploaded ➕️ operation report links are included. We cannot analyze the if these 2 steps are not completed!

6️⃣ SUBMIT your ticket
🔹️After all required fields are completed, hit “Submit” to file the ticket
🔹️You’ll receive a unique ticket number for tracking
7️⃣ TRACK your ticket status
🔹️Use your Email address and Ticket Number on the “Check Ticket Status” or “My Tickets” page
