Serving a large portion of the Kansas City metro area, this facility handles a constant flow of waste from local hauling companies and is designed for maximum efficiency and throughput.

Four 58' x 26' PowerLift Hydraulic Doors provide access to 20 active unloading lanes for continuous trash drop-off.

Two 33' x 16' PowerLift Hydraulic Doors at the lower level allow waste to be pushed into semi-trailers for transport to its final destination.

The large clear openings created by these hydraulic doors keep traffic moving, improve operational efficiency, and deliver dependable performance in a demanding industrial environment.

Sometimes the best projects start with a simple sketch.

After a damaged overhead door needed to be replaced, the owner knew exactly what he wanted his new door to look like. He put his vision on paper with a hand-drawn design and challenged us to bring it to life.

Working with Weirich Welding Plus, LLC / PowerLift Hydraulic Doors, we transformed that sketch into a 26' x 16' PowerLift Hydraulic Door that combines the dependable performance and full-clear opening PowerLift is known for with a custom appearance that stays true to the customer's original concept. From the distinctive crossbuck design to the clean finished look, this project is proof that a hydraulic door doesn't have to be ordinary.

12 years ago, we had the opportunity to complete a one-of-a-kind project at a castle wedding venue in Glenwood, Iowa — and it’s still performing just as well today as the day it was installed.

These custom enclosure doors were designed to give the venue the best of both worlds. On beautiful days, they open up to allow fresh air to flow through the space and create an open-air atmosphere for guests. When the wind picks up or rain rolls in, the doors close down to keep the venue comfortable and protected.

12 years later, this project is still functioning flawlessly, and we’re proud to have built something that continues to serve its purpose year after year.

Projects like this are a reminder that quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design stand the test of time.

We upgraded this customer from a 48’ x 13’ bifold door to a 48’ x 15’ PowerLift Hydraulic Doors — giving them 2 feet of additional clear opening height without changing the building width.
