Expand your career in the manufacturing industry as an Accounting Clerk for a local Leominster company.
This is a part-time position, with the potential of becoming full-time with benefits in the Leominster area.
Daily Responsibilities:
• A/R: process daily invoices/credit memos, purchase orders, packing list sales orders, apply payment receipt, and help with collection of past due balances
• A/P duties: invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing
• Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources
• Resolve billing discrepancies, assist with bank and credit card reconciliation
• require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting and expenditure codes
• Must have deep understanding and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite
• Spreadsheet and ERP system experience a bonus
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
• Demonstrated strength in handling AP and AR accounts and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and expenses
• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Salary is BOE (Based on Experience)
