Dan Powers NAPA is looking to hire a qualified Sales Associate at our Leitchfield store. This will be a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, every 3rd Saturday, and every Sunday off.

Duties:
Welcoming customers to the store. Ensure a High Level of Customer Satisfaction. Assisting customers with products and services, in person, on the phone and email.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as directed and ensure assigned store tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Operate cash registers with established cash handling procedures. Maintain a safe and friendly working environment.
Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
Utilize NAPA Systems to help customers locate merchandise or suitable alternatives. Maintains product knowledge and current promotions through NAPA Training.

Requirements:
Basic Automotive parts knowledge.
Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record. Good math and computer skills.
Availability to work flexible shifts, M-F, every 3rd Saturday and every Sunday off.
Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
Must be able to lift 50lbs + on a regular basis.
Must be able to pass a background and a drug test.
