The Covenants Committee will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, November 4th at 7:00 pm via Microsoft Teams. If you would like to submit an application to be reviewed by the Committee, please do so no later than by 5:00 PM on Monday, November 2nd.
Only applications that are fully submitted before the deadline date with all required information will be reviewed by the Committee at this meeting. Applications submitted after the deadline date will be forwarded for review at the following meeting. A copy of an exterior modification form is attached to this email in case you need it.
If you would like to participate in the meeting, please contact the management office via email 24 hours prior to the meeting date with your name, address, and any concerns you would like to address.
