• Contracts Administration and Construction Management: contracts & change order management, procurement, compliance monitoring, contracts closeout, inspection services, shop drawings review, payroll, and QA/QC.
• Design and Engineering: civil design & engineering, scheduling, cost review, CADD support, and 3rd party permitting.
• Program Management: administrative support, cost estimating, community engagement, feasibility studies, business performance measures, and project management.
