Hello Followers. Here is a great example of why we like referrals. All this played out on FB.

Meet Amy, Brynn and Zander. Amy referred Brynn who referred Zander. None of them had any prior experience. All are doing great!

Amy’s previous employer was Amazon. She has been here for 6 years. Currently our lead Quality Inspector on 2nd shift. For those who might not know, that’s a LOT of responsibility. Way to go!

Brynn’s previous employer was Starbucks. She has been here 3 years and can operate all of our CNC machines in any of the work cells. The past year she has been in Quality performing receiving inspection, material testing and approving parts to run production. She is responsible for production quality on Sunday shift. Way to go!

Zander’s previous employer was Starbucks. He has completed his basic training and is inspector/craftsman in our small 4 axis work cell. He is positioned to move up and is currently focused on entering our CNC Apprenticeship. Way to go!

Hello Followers. Please share. We need more recruits and plan to start a new hire every week for the next three weeks. Three total new hires.

What four things do these two guys have in common?
1. They both work at High Tech Solutions.
2. They are both experts at the manufacturing of airplane parts.
3. They are both waiting for me to hire someone so they can move up.
4. They are both good looking kids. (So why wouldn’t we feature them!)

Meet Trevor and Conor, inspector/craftsmen operating in our small 4-axis work cell. Both have completed basic training and are positioned to become CNC machinists. Who knows, maybe programmers?

Conor came to us as recruited by our apprentices who were attending Community College CNC courses.

Trevor came to us from a Follower who saw our posts and took the initiative to let him know.

Looks like another thing these two fellas have in common is they didn’t come from an online help wanted ad. Other than this FB page, we don’t do any online hiring ads so we rely on followers and referrals. Thanks to all!

The signs are back! We are in full-on hiring mode and geared up for more people. 7 day per week multi-shift operation, fast paced environment, long term contracts, modern climate controlled facility, state-of-the-art equipment.

Currently 4 openings.
Inspector /Craftsman /machine operator. We will teach you;
• how to inspect and handcraft airplane parts,
• learn to read blueprints,
• to operate CNC machines,
• to read gages, calipers and other measuring devices
• how to utilize deburr tools.

These are ENTRY LEVEL positions, and NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Successful applicants will be mechanically inclined, good at math, like to work with their hands, possess high attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

It’s a great opportunity to start a career in the field of Aerospace. We will train the right people. Starting pay $16 - $20 / hr depending on work history and test scores. Commensurate pay increase for those who have applicable machine shop experience.

Paid weekly, we also cover 100% all employee health, dental, vision, life, long term disability, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, overtime.

Holiday Hams and Turkeys were recently delivered from the guys at Hy-Vee.

Everyone was allowed to grab their meat and strike a pose. Some did better than others. Your ‘likes’ will tell us who did best.

We wish you was here. Next year is forecasted to be another blow out year. Our plan has us hiring 12 more people for production as well as 4 to 5 support functions.

Currently, we have an open position in Receiving. Hours are 8AM-4:30PM; Mon-Friday, 100% paid health, dental, vision, LTD, life, profit sharing 401K.

We are conducting interviews 9AM to 3PM tomorrow and Friday this week. If you are interested come in person to apply, no need for an appointment, we are here to meet with you. If it all works out, you can start immediately!

Halloween Week so as always we let Melinda and Traci park up front. They still have to share a spot. Melinda just paid for a wedding so has downsized to an economy broom. Traci has found the Fountain of Youth; my goodness she looks 40 years younger! We to go Team!

More BIG NEWS just released.

The BTX transaction clearly validates the incredible work that is going on here every day. They valued the cool products we make, our production process and training programs as World Class. Our engaged competent work force and beautiful state of the art facility here is Lee’s Summit was also highly recognized.

Our benefit from this is huge. Long term job security is number one but can’t ignore we have access to markets and capital that will fuel further growth.

Hello Followers! BIG NEWS. Last week, High Tech Solutions received the STARS Award from Textron Aviation for being in the upper echelon of suppliers. Only 5 out of over 300 suppliers qualified. Requirements included 100% Quality and 100% Delivery for one year or more as well as scores in collaboration and competition.

We have been manufacturing handle and latch components for Beechcraft and Cessna aircraft since 2012 and a Textron Supplier since 2017.

Hats off the whole HTS Team but special shout out to Melinda, Tyler, Kyle, Aaron, Hai who are deeply involved with this product line. Way to go!

Awards like these bring opportunities for more work and although we are drinking from a fire hose we will continue to invest in equipment and people. Come join us.
