We were given the opportunity to design a 2nd home, after our client received an offer they couldn’t refuse on their first home we designed, just after moving in.
We had to work quickly on a new custom design that met our clients specific needs.
It was a lot fun to collaborate with great clients. This home has a spectacular view of Kings Bay. We were able to design a home that captured the views, but also the client’s lifestyle from the 7 car garage to a family sized kitchen with Butler’s pantry leading to the pool cabana. They also trusted us to incorporate their ideas into the design for the low maintenance turf and custom pool.

Exciting progress on the project! Lots of angles and corners on this custom water front home. We had to match the footprint of the original 1960's home. Kurt w/ Great Oaks General Contractors is the man for the job.

 Country homes can be highly energy efficient. We designed this Icf house to have a country charm. The walls are solid concrete with 3 inches of foam each side. If you are really wanting the hurricane protection as well as lower energy bills, it’s definitely a great option.
