Founded in 1960, Lebanon Machine & Manufacturing has been providing high quality, on-time machining and fabrication services for over 50 years! From prototyping to production, we have the capabilities and understanding to work with our customer to ensure that they receive exactly what they want, exactly when they want it. Services:
Waterjet Cutting
A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet
or waterjet, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. Our 60K Flow Dynamic waterjet is capable of cutting materials up to 8" thick, and has a 6' x 12' cutting table. See our waterjet cutting page for more information. CNC & Manual Turning
Turning is a machining process in which a cutting tool, typically a non-rotary tool bit, describes a helical toolpath by moving more or less linearly while the workpiece rotates. A Hyundai Kia SKT21LM live tooling CNC lathe provides rapid turnaround times along with superb accuracy. This machine can swing 21" over the bed, and can handle 2-1/2" diameters through the spindle. CNC & Manual Milling
Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece advancing (or feeding) in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. Lebanon Machine utilizes numerous Bridgeport manual milling machines along with a Hyundai Kia VX400 vertical machining center (31.5" x 18" envelope) with a rotary indexer to produce highly accurate machine parts. Bending and Rolling
Bending is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal. We utilize a 6' wide 75 ton Chicago press brake with a CNC-controlled backgauge to position parts for accuracy. We also have the ability to roll 4' wide 8 Gauge sheet metal utilizing a Wysong roller. Mig & Tig Welding
Lebanon Machine offers both Mig and Tig welding services for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Utilizing our Bluco 4' x 8' Modular Fixturing Table, we are able to quickly and accurately set up and run small or large lots of weldments. Shearing
Shearing is a process which cuts stock without the formation of chips or the use of burning or melting. This is typically used to produce square or rectangular sheets of metals which can then be further processed. Lebanon Machine utilizes a Cincinatti shear with 1/4" x 4' wide capacity.
