We’re proud to highlight the Vision Northland project by Essentia Health in Duluth, MN—a transformative redevelopment centered on the new St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Designed to reflect Duluth’s natural landscape while supporting a modern, community-focused approach to care, this state-of-the-art facility prioritizes patient-centered design, healing environments, and welcoming public spaces.

We’re honored to contribute to this impactful project with a range of solutions that enhance both performance and experience.

Together, these elements support durability, safety, and aesthetics— helping create a better environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike, while contributing to the revitalization of the downtown Superior Street area.
