✨Employee Spotlight: Dustin Willey
Dustin Willey joined Timpte in January 2026 as a Territory Sales Representative covering the entire state of Ohio, with our brand new Sidney CSC. From day one, he stepped into a role that allows him to connect directly with customers and represent Timpte across the region.
What drew Willey to Timpte was simple, a passion for hands-on craftsmanship and the company’s strong reputation for quality.
“It’s the opportunity to be part of a team that builds something tangible every day that helps to support customers with the #1 dry bulk commodity trailer in the U.S.," Willey said.
One lesson that has stuck with him so far is the importance of the little things. “Small details make a big difference." Whether it’s craftsmanship, safety or teamwork, those details help prevent problems and keep customers moving down the road.
In his current role, Dustin enjoys being part of Timpte’s factory-direct presence in Ohio. He takes pride in knowing the company is deeply invested in serving customers the right way, through parts, service and sales.
His favorite part of the job is building relationships. Dustin values the chance to meet new people every day and connect with those who support one of the most important industries in the country, agriculture.

Fun fact: Dustin runs a small independent business crafting 100% custom friction turkey pot calls.
Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and has a strong passion for hunting, especially turkey hunting.
