Spooky season is in full swing at FUJIFILM Dimatix! Throughout October, our team has been celebrating with Friday costume days, and last week, the whole crew came dressed as ghosts. Looks like someone sent out a memo from beyond! 👻

Learning by doing can make a lasting impression! 💚

These students from Lebanon High School were tasked with building bridges strong enough to support 100 pennies using paper, scissors, tape, and their own creativity. They rose to the challenge, putting their problem-solving, design, and engineering skills into practice. One team even took it a step further, building a bridge strong enough to support several cell phones!

Activities like this demonstrate the value of hands-on STEM education, giving students opportunities to test ideas, learn through experimentation, and work toward a shared goal. We’re proud to support local students and educational experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and continued learning!

FUJIFILM Dimatix is proud to donate $12,824 to Finding Our Stride, made possible by our Annual Charity Golf Tournament in August! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this one of our best fundraising years yet, raising more than $70,000 in total.

Finding Our Stride empowers Upper Valley youth through free afterschool running programs, boosting fitness, self-esteem and resilience while connecting kids to peers, mentors and community. Supporting local organizations like this is one way we can invest in the next generation and the communities where we live and work! 💚

A final harvest to wrap up the season in the FUJIFILM Dimatix community garden! 🌱

Located at our Lebanon, NH campus, our team garden is a chance for employees to get involved, grow fresh produce, and enjoy a shared project outside of their day-to-day work. Anyone interested in joining the initiative is welcome to get involved!

Gardening offers more than fresh produce. Research has linked community gardening with reduced stress, improved well-being, and stronger social connections. And when you grow together, there’s something special about sharing the work, learning along the way, and seeing it all come together!

Our team members Sue Swenson and Jacqueline Driscoll attended the Kingdom Career Connect STEM fair this morning hosted by Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC)!

Jacqueline ran a Lean Manufacturing exercise where students got hands-on and built Lego cars over several rounds, then reviewed their process and made improvements. Each round challenged them to increase speed and quality while learning how small changes can reduce inefficiencies and improve results! 🚗

It’s been a great start to PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas, where we unveiled our newest innovation in inkjet technology: the STARFIRE® PhaseMaster printhead for phase change (hot-melt) inks. Here, Senior Product Manager Mike Wozny speaks with media outlets about its capabilities, which are designed to meet today’s demanding high-speed scanning and single-pass industrial system needs.
