Bobcat of Wilson Co. would like to take a moment to remember one of our old teammates who tragically lost his life this past weekend. Prayers to his family and his work family at The Milliken Corporation.
He was one of a kind. He will be sorely missed.
There are people who come to work with you, and then there are people who become woven into the story of who you are. David Froelich became part of ours, and his mark on it is permanent.
David was the true definition of a Crackerjack. His work ethic was second to none, and his drive was relentless. Whatever he set his mind to, he gave it everything he had. No matter how busy he was or how far he had to go, if someone needed help, David showed up.
Never expecting anything in return, David would give you his time, his knowledge, his help, or quite literally the shirt off his back without ever keeping score. And behind that hard exterior was an incredibly good heart and a genuinely caring man. He was a friend, mentor, and leader who made an impact on everyone around him.
David certainly knew how to get the most out of life. He worked hard, laughed often, told one heck of a story, and had an incredible ability to let the bad things roll off his back and keep moving forward. His smile and laugh were contagious, and he brought an energy with him that people will surely remember forever. In just 29 years, David truly lived... fully, fearlessly, and on his own terms. He got more out of life than most people ever do.
There are some people you simply cannot replace. David is one of them. His absence will be felt deeply, but so will the impact he left behind.
David will forever be part of the Milliken legacy. We will tell his stories, carry his lessons, and ensure his name is always included in the story we continue to write.
Rest easy, Crackerjack.
