Job Title: Production Welder with General Shop Help Duties
Location: Lawrenceburg, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us:
At Applied Processes, we are a dynamic CNC job shop specializing in high-quality production. We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Production Welder who is also willing to assist with general shop tasks as needed. If you are a team player with welding skills and a willingness to help out in various shop roles, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals, ensuring weld quality and precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for welding assignments
• Inspect and verify weld quality to meet company standards
• Assist with shop duties such as material handling, machine operation, and general maintenance
• Help with setup and teardown of equipment as required
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in MIG welding (certifications are a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Willingness to perform general shop duties in addition to welding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable and punctual
