Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 1 stick butter
• 1 quart chicken stock
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1½ quarts milk
• 1 can jumbo biscuits
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Melt the stick of butter in a large pot.
2. Shred the rotisserie chicken.
3. Add the shredded chicken, chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, and milk to the pot with the melted butter.
4. Flatten the biscuits and cut them into dumpling-sized pieces.
5. Season the soup with salt and pepper to your liking.
6. Add the biscuit dumplings to the pot and cover. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
7. Serve warm and enjoy, especially on a rainy day!
