Full-body muscle recovery protocol with the Novaa Pulse R (save this):

• Quads + hamstrings: 2–3 min per leg (medium speed, large head)
• Calves: 1–2 min per side (lower speed, precision head)
• Shoulders: 1–2 min per side (medium speed, round head)
• Arms (biceps + triceps): 60–90 sec per area (low–medium speed)

How to use:
Move the Pulse R slowly across each muscle group. Let the percussion release tension while the red light works deeper into the tissue.

When to use:
