Another Hypervac H2 is on the road!

Earlier this week, another truck rolled out of our facility and is now headed to Bayport, New York.

This delivery marks the second Hypervac H2 truck in just two years for this customer. When customers continue investing in the same equipment, it speaks volumes about performance, reliability, and return on investment.

What’s especially rewarding is that this company previously operated competitor equipment and has now made the decision to transition their fleet to all Hypervac H2s.

We’re grateful for the trust and confidence our customers place in us and proud to be a part of their continued growth.

Friday Delivery 🚛

Another H2 hits the road.

Today, Pure Flow Duct & Carpet took delivery of their brand-new Hypervac Technologies 2026 H2 Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning Truck.

What makes this delivery especially exciting is the timeline. We first started working with their team just a few weeks ago, and they made the commitment approximately 10 days ago. Today, they drove away in their new truck.

For years, long chassis shortages and production delays meant waiting 4–6 months for a new truck. By maintaining inventory of chassis cabs and keeping H2 bodies ready for upfitting, we’ve reduced those timelines from months to weeks.

When opportunity knocks, growing companies don’t want to wait half a year for equipment. They want solutions now.

They’re currently cleaning the air duct system in a 300,000 + square foot complex in the Ottawa region. When you look at the size of the building, the truck almost looks like a Hot Wheels toy parked beside it.

But don’t let the size fool you.

This old business card stopped me in my tracks.

No flashy branding.
No website.
No social media.
Just a phone number, a vision, and a man willing to work.

Long before duct cleaning became a recognized industry, Colin Thomson was already doing it in Lethbridge. The back of this card even explained the cleaning process because most people had never heard of it before.

Years later, his son would get into the business after high school, cleaning ducts every day and learning the industry from the ground up.

Then came the question that changes industries:

“There has to be a better way.”

That thought started with a napkin sketch of a portable vacuum system. Eventually, it became taking the risk to manufacture equipment specifically for the duct cleaning industry.

Portable systems.
Trucks.
Trailers.
Innovation built by people who actually did the work themselves.

In 2021, ownership changed hands at Hypervac. Processes evolved. Manufacturing evolved. Systems evolved.

But the mission stayed the same:
