This roadway improvement project on Fort Apache Road from Warm Springs to Huntington Cove continues to move forward. This widening project has been much needed for years and is expected to be completed in Summer 2022 🙌. Our team is performing contractor quality control inspections and field testing for Aggregate Industries - SWR and staff augmentation for the QCC and QCM positions.

It was a beautiful Fall day at today’s golf tournament that supported the CSN student athletes and athletic programs. Tyrell and Suzy represented IQC on the course and had fun catching up with clients and others professionals from the A/E/C industry. The CSN athletics program continues to grow with men’s and women’s basketball being the newest sport to join the college this year.

It was a beautiful day on the course for the Los Vaqueros 14th Annual Children’s Hope Golf Tournament that supports St. Jude’s Ranch for Children. The IQC leadership team enjoys attending and volunteering at the event to support Los Vaqueros’s mission and to catch up with other industry professionals in the Las Vegas community.

Beating the heat 😅 with pavement complete 🙌🏼… on this roadway improvements project located on Decatur Blvd., from Cheyenne to Rancho Drive. IQC performed contractor QC field sampling and testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and staff augmentation services for the Quality Control Manager position. The project team did an outstanding job on completing the project ahead of schedule! 🤩

Last night’s grand opening event was a wonderful way to celebrate everyone’s hard work on the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) expansion project of the new West Hall and the Vegas Loop. THANK YOU to all of the IQC team members who were a part of the quality assurance special inspections project team for the project(s)! 🙌🏼The LVCC expansion project had a cost of $1.4 billion and started construction in Fall 2018. It is also exciting to welcome convention-goers and tradeshows back to Las Vegas with these new amazing facilities! 🤩

IQC performed the Quality Control Manager position and contractor quality control field testing services for soils, asphalt, and concrete for this public works improvements project consisting of pavement rehabilitation, new medians, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. This job is going to be completed MONTHS ahead of schedule making locals and the project team both happy 😀

It was a bright and early morning for the placement of this prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks 🛤. Coordination with the UPRR and traffic control for lane closures and public safety was key for the bridge placement to be a success. IQC is performing contractor quality control special inspections and construction materials testing services for this Clark County Public Works project.
