It’s Behind the Scenes Sunday! 👀

Here is a quick glance at what our metal renderings look like before they are brought to life.

Step 1) We come up with the idea, or a customer describes their request.
Step 2) Once the idea makes it past pen & paper, it is designed in C.A.D. Then the measurements are all double & triple checked, because you know the old saying, “Measure twice cut once.”
Step 3) We correspond via email with the customer to verify they are completely satisfied with the rendering, making any necessary adjustments until it is perfect.
Step 4) The file gets sent to a company in Reno called Send Cut Send where our design is cut out by a top of the line laser. (We would love to do it all in house, but we’re talkin’ 2 million dollars for this machine!) & They are a great company that we are happy to support.
Step 5) They send the final product back to us & we deliver it to you, or we have it shipped to you directly (anywhere in the country!)

The entire process from start to finish, including materials & labor is not only 100% proudly made in America 🇺🇸 but 100% made in Nevada! So thank you for supporting this small, local, mom & pop shop!
