Attention all remote tuning customers:
I have been severely overloaded the past few months and have definitely had issues keeping up with demand. Just want to let everybody know that we are getting to each and every one of you and won't leave you hanging. Our turnaround time has been worse lately than ever and the growth has brought challenges we have been trying to overcome. All we ask is a little patience and we will get back to everyone. We are currently almost caught up with tuning emails and tickets and only have less than 10 orders undelivered at the moment.
Aside from that, if we do have any clients that would like to schedule a live tuning session instead of normal email revisions then that is fine, but if that time block is used up diagnosing or doing unnecessary revisions due to hardware issues then we do charge extra to re-book.
We have a 5 person team here at KYLETUNEDIT, and this is our full time gig, not a side job. That means we do take days off and usually rest each night. We may not be able to respond right away, but that doesn't mean you aren't important to us as a client or prospective client. I myself do travel for work almost weekly and tend to clients all over the world, so my schedule is not as open as some people may think it is. My wife runs operations at our 6000 sqft manufacturing facility/shop and we handle an average of 500 orders per year aside from all the other in person tuning and manufacturing contracts we have. We do around 300 tunes per year between myself and my team.
We have striven to provide the best products and services since the beginning, and recently it has gotten a little out of hand, but please know we are working to improve it and appreciate all of our customers.
