Tariff Therapy Tip 8 of 9: Move final assembly to USA.

Importing individual components often carries a lower tariff burden than importing fully assembled products. Shifting final assembly to the USA can reduce overall import costs while also supporting TAA compliance where required.

Domestic final assembly improves quality control, shortens feedback loops, and reduces scrap and rework. It also gives teams greater visibility and control as products scale.

In the current tariff environment, US based final assembly is not just a compliance decision. It is a strategic one.
