We are growing! We are looking to add a Print Production Tech to work at our Anderson Facility. This is a Monday-Friday Full Time Position. We are looking for motivated individuals that want to work on a variety of cool projects. Must be 18 or older and have a clean driving history with a valid drivers license as this position may get to go on deliveries and installations from time to time. WC is a design, custom fabrication, and signage company. Our team has an immediate need for experienced installers and leads. Qualifications
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a criminal, driving, and drug screening
• Regular and reliable attendance required
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders, being on a roof, crawling in attics.
• Great customer service skills
• Great communication skills
• Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have experience with installing:
• Large scale work: Monuments, high-rise and retail channel letters, Pour-in-place concrete, and precast concrete.
• Detail work: Interior/Exterior Environmental displays, plaques, Vinyl application, post/panel signs.
• Electrical Signs: LEDs, Channel Letters, Digital Displays and Directories

The ideal candidate may also have experience with some of the following:
• Boom lifts, scissor lifts, reachforks, bucket trucks, crane trucks and rigging.
• Backhoes, excavators, skid-steer loaders, and attachments (breaker, auger)
• Electrical (wiring, LEDs, troubleshooting, NEC knowledge)
• Concrete (forming, rebar placing, finishing, knowledge of building codes)

We are looking for a Welder-Fabricator to join our team! You will perform welding and cutting, specifically in the techniques involving fabricating aluminum and steel.
Responsibilities:
• Read, interpret, and understand instructions, prints, and work orders for the job.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are in place.
• Plan details of working procedure and tools and material requirements.
• Fabricate parts to be welded by cutting and welding.
• Sets up, assembles, and welds parts.
• Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Attention to detail, safety and care required to prevent accident or injury to anyone while working.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a faced-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Work involves stooping, bending, and scaffolding in certain instances.
• May be required to lift and/or carry equipment/objects greater than 50lbs.

As the key point of contact, a strong ability to thoroughly communicate with clients and internal team is essential. Our Client Project Managers champion projects and know how to balance client demands and internal workflows. Managing schedules and costs is necessary to ensure every project is on time and on budget. You will need to be solutions-minded, be personally driven to make daily progress, solve problems, and be part of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Interaction with internal design,
fabrication, print, and installation teams
· Managing the flow of information from
designers, production, end users, and vendors
· Leading client meetings & calls to
communicate details and manage
expectations
· Perform site surveys and obtain field
verification data.
· Ensuring that day-to-day schedules are
being met
· Prepare permit documents, submit for
permits, coordinate inspections and
archive original signed-off documents.
· Contract and coordinate subcontractor
services.
· Prepare a timeline of production and
monitor progress, communicating back
to the client.
· Periodically inspect production to
ensure accurate interpretation of the
design intent.
· Data entry and progress updates to
keep projects moving forward
· Anticipating and responding to urgent
needs or unforeseen challenges
· Work with pricing and estimators for
project budgets.
