Combined manual mill and lathe work produced a complex part which was needed as a steel mold positive. It was used to create a mold "negative" out of which the final plastic parts were simply gravity molded. This part illustrates what I can accomplish with just careful design and machining. It is also an example where expensive CNC service can be avoided. I am happy to review drawings and discuss the need for CNC, mostly free-of-charge.
