One Team. One Vision.

Lansing was fully alive this week as the entire MAYOTTEgroup team came together, remote teammates included. We kicked things off on Monday at LCC, recognized MAYOTTEgroup’s first (official) Employee of the Month, Max Schaefer, refueled at Soup Spoon, and settled a few scores at Zap Zone with friendly rounds of laser tag.

Midweek, we toasted Elena’s upcoming wedding at One North, and by Thursday, Nate & Spencer were on the hibachi grill for an early celebration of Matt’s 25th work anniversary (with cake + ice cream following, of course).

Safe to say: the synergy is strong.

The 2026 ACE Mentor Program Capital Region Michigan session has officially come to a close, and we’re walking away inspired by the creativity, dedication, and talent these students brought to every project.

It has been a privilege to serve as mentors and board members, supporting students as they explored careers in architecture, construction, and engineering, and watching their ideas come to life along the way.

A special congratulations to the winning team, and to our very own Autumn Hendrickson for being recognized as Mentor of the Year, a well-deserved honor!

Congratulations to every participant on an incredible session and a truly impressive body of work. The passion and drive shown throughout this program made a lasting impact, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead for these future industry leaders.
