Just wanted to say hello to everybody and thank you for all the support we have gotten!
Also wanted to let everyone know that we’re doing really good and constantly steady with jobs. During the spring and any other heavily wet rainy days we get a lot of phone calls to be expected.
We appreciate everyone’s patience.
We’re trying to do better on our response time.
We always have been a smaller company , however we are able to handle the smallest to the heaviest jobs.
Hopefully this year we will get some help on the secretarial end as far as scheduling appointments and just overall communication.
It’s become a little overwhelming over the last couple years for me too do everything myself. It’s important to me that I am involved in every job as much as possible.
We assure the highest quality customer service possible.
I’ll look forward to working with all my new customers as well as providing support to any of my existing customers. We’re excited about the new year we have new employees new equipment and more knowledge than we’ve ever had.

Hello everybody first and foremost I want to say I hope everybody is healthy and taking precautions to stay healthy.
We are trying to schedule jobs minimally in order to help cut down and prevent any virus contamination. Over the last few days the crew and myself have went through all of our tools and disinfected them also stocked up on safety material such as dust masks rubber gloves and high performance fan and filter systems to bring in clean air and the use of HEPA filters to make sure we have the cleanest possible working conditions. Normally we take every measure to do the best possible job. And we still do, however now we take extra precautions and will make sure that we are working in a clean decontaminated work area.. we are continuing to move forward with work but taking precautions such as estimates we are trying to do over the phone if possible. We are also discounting every job that we quote to make it possible and affordable to all of our customers. We continue to run a small crew only me and one or two guys to keep everybody is safe as possible and reduce the risk of any contamination.
We would love to hear from you and look forward to providing the best possible estimate as well as the cleanest most sanitary conditions we have ever done.

I've decided to make my official first post because of the overwhelming number of new views my page has had in the last month. Since I have done basically zero advertising, ALL of my work has been referrals and word-of-mouth through friends and customers. For those that don't know, I've been waterproofing basements for over 20 years and have seen thousands of basements and yet I still treat each individual home uniquely and Custom Taylor my work for each homes needs.
