Titanium Dynamics, LLC was founded in 2014 by two automotive enthusiasts who share an uncompromising passion for ideal performance. Both founders were not satis
fied with the aftermarket titanium exhausts that were available. The existing products had a compromise; products were vehicle specific, restricted flow (pie section welded), and created a purchase barrier (cast parts). After a quick online search, the founders realized they were not alone in their need for mandrel bent titanium exhaust and supporting exhaust components. Other automotive enthusiasts were already searching for a comprehensive titanium supplier that would allow them to fabricate their own exhaust. Even though they didn’t know it yet, these enthusiasts embodied and shared Titanium Dynamics' WHY. There was a need for someone to come to market with titanium fabrication products for an entire exhaust system, and that is where the idea and Titanium Dynamics, LLC was born. Titanium was always regarded as a complicated material to work with. One of the founders has a background in the aerospace industry and the other a background in process and manufacturing engineering. This diverse background gave them the skills and knowledge needed to design and manufacture parts out of the most difficult to work with materials today. HOW do we do what we do? Ideal Performance. We chose these words and this part of our WHY very carefully because every customer has a different definition of "ideal" performance. Titanium has the best strength to weight ratio of any element. It is extremely corrosion resistant at high temperatures, which makes it ideal for use in automotive exhausts and turbine engine components. Without Compromise. This part of our WHY was a no-brainer. Currently, in the automotive marketplace, there are a lot of aftermarket companies who may be tempted to compromise on quality and performance to save time or cost. This is one of the main reasons we started Titanium Dynamics and began manufacturing mandrel bent, titanium exhaust components. We believe in using the best material for the application and creating a product that sacrifices nothing from a performance perspective. We will never have a product that we would hesitate to put on our own cars. Helping Our Customers. We have the technical knowledge, how-to information and passion to help our DIY customers complete an excellent project. We are also building, and have put together a great network of ETFs (Endorsed Titanium Fabricators) that must pass our strict guidelines before being approved to fabricate Titanium Dynamics’ products. We are also excited to help develop a knowledge base of Titanium fabrication tips for the DIY enthusiast. WHAT do we do? Titanium Dynamics was founded with a focus on providing the DIY fabricator the proper parts, tools and knowledge to create their own titanium exhaust. Our knowledge and product offering allows customers who share our WHY to achieve their vehicle’s ideal performance without compromising quality or incurring unnecessary cost.
