Tretter Manufacturing Company We are a manufacturer of industrial valves for the chemical processing industry. We design and manufacture industrial valves for polymer processes.

We specialize in equipment requiring custom manufacturing or process needs(design to your facility, specific materials needs for your process, etc), and targeted turn around times to minimize process down time. As an added bonus, our experience in these same industrial parts means that we repair and re-manufacture our competitor's valves as well.

Caught this custom built shutoff and drain valve during final assembly. Features Lehigh Fluid Power cylinders, jacket connections, and thermal probe entry points as specified by the customer. The discolored metal portions in the pictures were jig and clamps used to hold the valve assembly in place for final fitments before shipment.

Custom designed solution for a customer in need of a 100% up time production line. The original valve by a competitor required moving the pipes apart to change out rupture disks. Our solution integrates our line blinds where the competitor's product needs to be separated--allowing the customer to swap disks out of the integrated carrier that fits into our blinds.
